Your mini split heat pump could be leaking refrigerant due to wear and tear over time or from extended periods of use. They will seal and repair the leak for you, and then recharge your ductless mini-split heater with refrigerant which will restore it back to normal heating capability.
PROBLEM: Strange Noises
CAUSE: Ductless heaters are designed to be exceedingly quiet when they are working properly. If your mini split heat pump is making abnormal noises, it is likely there is an issue happening that will need to be addressed as soon as you notice it. A grinding noise coming from an indoor unit could mean you have a bent fan blade or another mechanical issue.
